1– Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all building, construction, renovation, design, and consultation services (“Services”) provided by AIMZ Build Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By entering into a contract, accepting a quotation, or engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2– Licensing & Compliance
AIMZ Build Pty Ltd operates as a licensed and insured building contractor in Australia. All work is undertaken in accordance with:

Australian Building Codes & Standards

Workplace Health and Safety requirements

Local council and authority guidelines
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue work if compliance standards cannot be met.
3– Quotations & Pricing

All quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Pricing may vary if the scope of work changes, unforeseen conditions arise, or material costs fluctuate.

Variations must be approved in writing before work proceeds.

Deposits, progress payments, and final balances must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.
4– Scope of Work
The agreed scope of works is detailed in the contract, plans, drawings, or project brief.
The client is responsible for confirming all design selections, finishes, and specifications in writing before work begins.
Changes requested after commencement may result in delays or additional costs.
5– Project Timeline
While AIMZ Build aims to deliver all projects on schedule, timeframes may be affected by:

council approvals

subcontractor availability

variations or client-driven changes
We will keep you informed of any changes affecting timelines.
6– Access to Site
The client must provide:

Safe and clear site access

Necessary utilities (e.g., power, water) unless otherwise agreed

Secure storage for materials
We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.
7– Materials & Products
We source high-quality, industry-approved materials from reputable suppliers.
Where certain products become unavailable, we may provide an equivalent or superior alternative after consultation with the client.
8– Warranties
AIMZ Build provides workmanship warranties in line with:

Australian Consumer Law

The applicable state Home Building Compensation Fund

Manufacturer warranties for all supplied fixtures and materials
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and may require an inspection.
9– Liability
We are not liable for:

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised alterations

Pre-existing structural issues not visible during inspection

Delays outside our control

Third-party trades engaged directly by the client
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Australian law.
10– Termination
We source high-quality, industry-approved materials from reputable suppliers.

11– Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which the project is undertaken.
